Senior Systems Analyst/Full Stack Developer (Angular/Java)

(Austin, TX – Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. This role will focus on building scalable, cloud-native solutions while helping transition legacy systems into modern architectures.

This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack and partnering with business teams to deliver impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and enhance applications using modern full stack technologies
  • Refactor legacy systems into microservices-based architectures
  • Build responsive front-end applications and secure backend services
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance
  • Perform system analysis, cost/benefit evaluations, and solution recommendations
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including code reviews and sprint planning

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of full software development lifecycle experience
  • 8 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, TypeScript)
  • 8 years of strong Java backend development experience
  • 8 years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • 8 years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design
  • 8 years of experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • 8 years of experience deploying applications in cloud-native or serverless environments
  • 8 years of experience with event-driven architecture patterns
  • 8 years of experience integrating DevSecOps practices into development workflows
  • 8 years of experience using modern development tools (including AI-assisted tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices
  • 4 years of experience with observability tools (e.g., Application Insights, Prometheus)
  • 4 years of experience with feature flags and progressive delivery
  • 4 years of experience producing clean, maintainable code and technical documentation
  • 4 years of experience participating in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews

Additional Details:

  • Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid work environment)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
