(Austin, TX – Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. This role will focus on building scalable, cloud-native solutions while helping transition legacy systems into modern architectures.
This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack and partnering with business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance applications using modern full stack technologies
- Refactor legacy systems into microservices-based architectures
- Build responsive front-end applications and secure backend services
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance
- Perform system analysis, cost/benefit evaluations, and solution recommendations
- Participate in Agile development processes, including code reviews and sprint planning
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of full software development lifecycle experience
- 8 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, TypeScript)
- 8 years of strong Java backend development experience
- 8 years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- 8 years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design
- 8 years of experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- 8 years of experience deploying applications in cloud-native or serverless environments
- 8 years of experience with event-driven architecture patterns
- 8 years of experience integrating DevSecOps practices into development workflows
- 8 years of experience using modern development tools (including AI-assisted tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices
- 4 years of experience with observability tools (e.g., Application Insights, Prometheus)
- 4 years of experience with feature flags and progressive delivery
- 4 years of experience producing clean, maintainable code and technical documentation
- 4 years of experience participating in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews
Additional Details:
- Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid work environment)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
