A Texas-based organization is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Snowflake, Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, ETL development, and enterprise data warehousing. This role will support large-scale data integration and analytics initiatives, helping design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS
- Develop complex Snowflake SQL scripts, data transformations, and data integration solutions
- Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, and other structured and unstructured data sources
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders on data integration strategies and solution design
- Develop automated testing and validation processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support all phases of the SDLC
- Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and process flows
- Analyze new business requirements and recommend enhancements to existing data solutions
- Support ongoing operations, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise data platforms
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS
- 8+ years of experience integrating data from multiple sources and technologies
- 8+ years of experience developing complex and high-performing Snowflake SQL solutions
- Strong experience supporting data warehouse, analytics, business intelligence, or performance management environments
- Experience with technical documentation, data modeling, and process diagramming tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions using software development best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience with Python development and automation
- Experience with JIRA
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, MuleSoft, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, or Informatica Claire
- Experience working with healthcare, regulated, PII, or PHI data environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
