A growing healthcare organization with locations nationwide is seeking a Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist to support enterprise-wide Nextech Practice+ implementations, system optimization initiatives, workflow enhancements, and go-live activities across multiple practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess practice workflows and identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance and optimize PM/EHR systems
- Assist with implementation, configuration, training, and adoption of Nextech Practice+ and EMR solutions
- Support practice onboarding, system conversions, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with operational leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved
- Assist with the rollout of standardized workflows and best practices across the enterprise
- Provide reporting and data analysis to evaluate implementation success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Serve as a revenue cycle subject matter expert supporting enterprise-wide initiatives
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance revenue capture, operational efficiency, and patient experience
- Maintain relationships with practice leadership, vendors, and implementation partners
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare implementation, training, or systems support role
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Nextech Practice+ Practice Management software
- Experience supporting multiple practices or locations in a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, billing processes, reimbursement methodologies, and practice operations
- Experience providing cross-functional support across operations, revenue cycle, and clinical teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PM/EMR implementations and workflow redesign initiatives
- Knowledge of provider credentialing processes
- Experience working with multi-site healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, payer regulations, and revenue cycle best practices
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or practice acquisitions
