Amy Dunn Comiskey founded Technology Recruiting Solutions in 1999, building on recruiting experience that began in 1996. With nearly three decades in the industry, Amy has led thousands of successful searches for companies from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 firms, bringing deep expertise with specialized focus in technology recruiting. Amy oversees all TRS operations, including client relations, strategic direction, and recruiting execution, remaining hands-on in every search to ensure a personalized experience for clients and candidates. Under her leadership, TRS has placed top talent across roles from C-level executives to ERP specialists, software developers, infrastructure experts, and IT leaders across all functional areas. Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and holds CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) certification, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ethical recruiting practices.
