This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Oracle/enterprise applications professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with both business and IT teams. The Role
The Oracle Fusion / Enterprise Applications Developer will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion and Oracle Utilities Cloud environment. This hands-on role includes application development and configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion and Oracle Utilities applications.
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
- Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with data engineers, application architects, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support system reliability.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
Background
- 5+ years of enterprise application development, systems analysis, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Utilities Cloud, or a comparable enterprise ERP/application platform.
- Experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- HCM: Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or Security.
- Customer: Customer information, billing, CRM, or customer-facing systems integrated with ERP environments.
- Operations: Asset management, work management, scheduling, field service, operational systems, or operational finance.
- Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Utilities, energy, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Location
This position is on-site and can be based in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Some relocation assistance is available for qualified non-local candidates.
