Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst
Dallas, TX (Hybrid Preferred)
Approximately 10% Travel
$90,000 – $93,000 Base Salary + 15% Bonus
Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Financial Analyst to join their growing healthcare organization in a newly created role supporting revenue cycle operations, analytics, and financial initiatives across multiple practices.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Finance leadership while helping drive data-driven decisions and performance improvements throughout the organization. The role will initially be highly practice-facing and is designed to evolve into a broader finance-focused position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial analyses
- Partner with practice leadership, revenue cycle teams, and finance leaders on operational and financial initiatives
- Monitor key metrics related to billing, collections, reimbursements, and denials
- Support special projects, process improvements, and executive reporting
- Travel to affiliated practices as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, and reimbursement processes
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ophthalmology experience
- Experience with Nextech and/or NextGen
- Experience coordinating with data teams and building operational reporting
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar collaboration tools
- Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates
