A Texas-based organization is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex data engineering, analytics, and AI-related initiatives. This role will partner with technical and business stakeholders to manage project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful execution of enterprise data and cloud-based programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI-related projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate activities across business, engineering, architecture, and vendor teams
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
- Track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives
- Manage project documentation including project plans, status reports, charters, schedules, and lessons learned
- Monitor resource utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet
- Support AI adoption, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
- Experience managing data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives
- Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies
- Strong experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, resources, and vendor relationships
- Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams in complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and executive audiences
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar project management certification
- Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards including FHIR, HL7, or CCDA
- TOGAF, Cloud Architecture, or related technical certifications
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
