Information Technology Manager
Location: Northeast Houston, Texas
Our client, an extremely well-established company in the Northeast Houston area, is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, procurement, and help desk support.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead IT projects that support business goals and improve efficiency
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and disaster recovery
- Manage help desk and end-user support for core business systems
- Coordinate IT procurement, policies, and documentation
- Serve as the main IT point of contact and communicate updates to leadership
- Explore innovative technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance processes
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience managing IT teams and IT operations
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure management (network, hardware, software, security)
- Experience managing help desk operations and resolving end-user issues
- IT procurement/purchasing experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Strategic, innovative problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of Generative AI in business processes
- Experience supporting multi-location, multi-state environments
